2015–2021
Spanning six years and multiple promotions, I performed just about every marketing function on the global brand team at IDEO, a world-renowned design firm. I served as managing editor, and later editor-in-chief, of IDEO’s award-winning design blog, growing the audience from zero to more than 125,000 readers per month. I also led IDEO’s website, social media, and email marketing workstreams and established a content strategy practice globally.
